Why “Baba Nla” Is A Threat To Starboy’s “Soco” & DMW’s “Aje” | MI360 Review

Below are some of the staff thoughts on the new Larry Gaaga’s single “Baba Nla” featuring 2baba, D’banj and Burna Boy.

@qwin_aisha This song is a jam, I personally love the way D’banj used his mouth Organ Burna Boy and 2baba killed this one. A fantastic combination that produced awesome results.

@tommybravo10  In one word, Burna Boy is a Monster! Ready to kill any feature, he has got Afro flows all over his body. “Original Gangster”, I love his flow on this dope jam and also the fact that d’banj just stuck with the mouth organ gives it that jam additional melody. 2baba, on the other hand, is a Legend, dope verse as he continues to “gaga shuffle to avoid arrest“. Real Trilogy!

@dahnieelz D’banj’s harmonica, 2baba’s rhyme and Burna boy’s vibe! Larry Gaga scored himself a Justice League collaboration that only happens once in a lifetime. The Baba Nlas definitely brought their A game on this mid-tempo sound.

@manlikeyhusuff  The quality of this number can never be overemphasized especially coming from Larry Gaaga who didn’t make a vocal performance but might have possibly contributed in the composition.

The collaboration is quite an impeccable one. The vocal delivery from Burna Boy and 2baba takes one on a musical sojourn and D’banj playing the harmonica just makes us all relive the glory days from his early musical career.

In all, Baba Nla is certainly at the vanguard for other collaboration this year.
